Our wines are made and estate bottled Chateau style under the technical consultancy of French winemaker Jean Vincent Ridon only from grapes grown in our vineyard; thus, the quality of the wine is under constant control. We employ Guyot Double pruning technique which is also used in Bordeaux region and aim a high quality wine by reducing the crop and increasing quality. Also by planting 5000 vines per hectare, we help the vines to compete with each for food and water and and thus a higher quality wine.
